How we price
We buy big, so you pay less.
We’re one family with six neighborhood pet stores, in Wilsonville, Tigard, Newberg, Salem (two) and Gresham. We order for all six at once, so we pay chain-store prices for the good food and pass that on to you. Then we run each store like it’s the only one.

Not at South Salem. Our groomers work at the Wilsonville, Newberg and Gresham stores, and Gresham also has self-serve dog wash tubs. Call (503) 585-0553 and we’ll help you book.
02Do you sell raw and freeze-dried pet food?
Yes. We carry raw from brands like Steve’s Real Food, Northwest Naturals and Primal, and freeze-dried from Stella & Chewy’s, Vital Essentials and others. Search the shop to see what’s on our shelf today.
03Do you have a loyalty or frequent buyer program?
Give us your phone number at the register. Buy 12 bags of most food brands (10 for some) and the next bag of the same size is free. There’s no app or card to keep track of.
04Can I order online and pick up in store?
Yes. Most orders are ready the same day, and we’ll email you when yours is. If we’re closed, we pull it when we open.
05Do you deliver or ship pet food?
Yes. Choose Ship at checkout and the rate is calculated there.
06What are your store hours and address?
4695 Commercial St SE in Salem. We’re open Monday–Friday 8am to 7pm, Saturday 8am to 6pm and Sunday 10am to 5pm.
07What pet food brands do you carry?
Natural and premium brands like Fromm, Farmina, Open Farm, Orijen, Acana, Nulo, Stella & Chewy’s and Fussie Cat, plus food and supplies for cats, birds, fish, reptiles and small animals. Search the shop to see what’s on our shelf today.
08Can I bring my dog into the store?
Yes. Leashed, friendly pets are always welcome inside.
09Can I call ahead and have you hold an item?
Call (503) 585-0553. We’ll check the shelf and set it aside. If we’re out, we’ll check our five sister stores.
